Imam Hasan, may Allah have mercy on him, said about the woman who sees blood during the days of purity: In my opinion, she should perform ghusl and offer prayer.
Muhammad bin Al-Hanafiyyah said about the woman who sees yellowish discharge after purity (tuhr) that this is moisture (i.e., wetness, fluid), she should wash it, perform ablution, and then pray.
Imam Hasan, may Allah have mercy on him, said: After ghusl, there is nothing in turiyyah except purity. Imam Darimi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: By turiyyah is meant: yellowish and muddy (discharge).
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If a woman feels wetness one or two days after bathing, she should clean herself and perform the prayer.

Lady Umm ‘Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her), who also pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace be upon him), said: After performing ghusl, we did not pay any attention to yellowish or brownish discharge.

Imam Hasan, may Allah have mercy on him, said: If a menstruating woman sees fresh blood of intercourse one or two days after bathing, she should not pray for one more day; after that, she will be considered mustahadah (experiencing non-menstrual bleeding).
Hadith Takhrij
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When a woman becomes pure from menstruation, then after attaining purity she sees something that causes her doubt, then this is the movement of Satan in the womb. So when she sees something like a spot of blood, or a stain like that of nosebleed, or something like the washing of flesh, she should perform ablution for prayer and offer the prayer. But if she sees fresh blood in which there is no doubt, then she should leave the prayer (i.e., consider it menstrual blood). Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I heard Yazid bin Harun say: If a woman's period of menstruation is seven days and she sees the whiteness of purity, then she gets married, and then within ten days from the seven-day period she sees blood, then her marriage is valid and correct. And if she becomes pure in less than seven days and gets married, then blood comes, her marriage is not valid and correct; that is menstrual blood. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: Do you also say this? He replied: Yes.

Ata said regarding the mustahadah (a woman with non-menstrual vaginal bleeding): After the days of menstruation, she should not pray for one or two more days, then she should perform ghusl (ritual bath). Then, if she sees wetness, she should perform wudu (ablution) and pray, and if she sees blood, she should delay Zuhr and pray Asr early, and perform ghusl once for both prayers. When the sun sets and she sees wetness, she should perform wudu and pray, and if it is blood, she should delay Maghrib and pray Isha early, and perform ghusl once for both prayers. At the time of Fajr, if she sees wetness, she should perform wudu and pray, and if she sees blood at that time as well, she should perform ghusl three times in a day and night and pray. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: In my view, "iqra" refers to menstruation.

Imam Darimi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: I read the narration of Malik bin Anas to Zaid bin Yahya and asked him about the woman whose period of menstruation is seven days and the blood continues, so he said: She will wait for three more days. (That is, she will be considered menstruating for up to ten days, then she will be regarded under the ruling of mustahadah.)
