باب مِفْتَاحُ الصَّلاَةِ الطُّهُورُ:
Chapter: Purification is the Key to Prayer
Hadith 709
أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ، وَلَا صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ".
Abu al-Malih narrated from his father Sayyiduna Usamah bin Umair (may Allah be pleased with him): The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah does not accept any prayer without ablution, nor does He accept any charity from stolen (or treacherously acquired) wealth."
