Hadith 698
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would go to relieve himself, I and a boy would bring a spear and a water vessel, from which he would perform ablution.
Hadith 699
أَخْبَرَنَا
أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا
شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ
أَبِي مُعَاذٍ، عَنْ
أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ
"إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ الْخَلَاءِ، جَاءَ الْغُلَامُ بِإِدَاوَةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ كَانَ يَسْتَنْجِي بِهِ"، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد: أَبُو مُعَاذٍ اسْمُهُ عَطَاءُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةٍ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would come out of the toilet, a boy would bring a small bucket of water with which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would perform istinja (cleaning). Imam Darimi Abu Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Abu Mu'adh's name is Ata bin Mani' Abu Maymunah.
Hadith 700
Musayyib bin Najbah said that my paternal aunt, who was married to Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him), narrated that Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to perform istinja (cleaning) with water.
