Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would go to relieve himself, he would go very far away.
Imam Abu Muhammad ad-Darimi said: This is among the etiquettes of relieving oneself. That is, when a person goes to the wilderness, he should go far enough to be out of sight before relieving himself, so that no one can see him.
