باب مَا أَكْرَمَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى نَبِيَّهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ:
Chapter: Honors Granted to the Prophet After His Death
Hadith 93
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَالِكٍ النُّكْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوْزَاءِ أَوْسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: "قَحَطَ أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ قَحْطًا شَدِيدًا، فَشَكَوْا إِلَى عَائِشَةَ، فَقَالَتْ: انْظُرُوا قَبْرَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَاجْعَلُوا مِنْهُ كُوَوًا إِلَى السَّمَاءِ حَتَّى لَا يَكُونَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ سَقْفٌ، قَالَ: فَفَعَلُوا، فَمُطِرْنَا مَطَرًا حَتَّى نَبَتَ الْعُشْبُ، وَسَمِنَتِ الْإِبِلُ حَتَّى تَفَتَّقَتْ مِنْ الشَّحْمِ، فَسُمِّيَ عَامَ الْفَتْقِ".
Abu al-Jawza Awz bin Abdullah narrated: The people of Madinah were afflicted with a severe drought, so they came to Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) with their complaint. She said: Make a skylight in the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) towards the sky, so that there is nothing between the sky and the grave. The narrator said: As soon as the people did this, so much rain fell that grass grew, camels became fat to the point of bursting with fat, and that year was named "the year of bursting."
Hadith 94
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَ: "لَمَّا كَانَ أَيَّامُ الْحَرَّةِ لَمْ يُؤَذَّنْ فِي مَسْجِدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثًا، وَلَمْ يُقَمْ وَلَمْ يَبْرَحْ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ الْمَسْجِدِ، وَكَانَ لَا يَعْرِفُ وَقْتَ الصَّلَاةِ إِلَّا بِهَمْهَمَةٍ يَسْمَعُهَا مِنْ قَبْرِ النَّبِيِّ"، فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ.
Saeed bin Abdul Aziz said: During the Battle of Harrah, for three days there was neither adhan nor iqamah in the Prophet’s Mosque, and Saeed bin Al-Musayyib remained seated in the Prophet’s Mosque. He would know the time of prayer from the mighty sound that was heard from the grave of the Prophet (peace be upon him) at the time of prayer.
Hadith 95
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنِي خَالِدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي هِلَالٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، أَنَّ كَعْبًا دَخَلَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ، فَذَكَرُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ كَعْبٌ: "مَا مِنْ يَوْمٍ يَطْلُعُ إِلَّا نَزَلَ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا مِنْ الْمَلَائِكَةِ، حَتَّى يَحُفُّوا بِقَبْرِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَضْرِبُونَ بِأَجْنِحَتِهِمْ، وَيُصَلُّونَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَمْسَوْا، عَرَجُوا وَهَبَطَ مِثْلُهُمْ، فَصَنَعُوا مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى إِذَا انْشَقَّتْ عَنْهُ الْأَرْضُ، خَرَجَ فِي سَبْعِينَ أَلْفًا مِنْ الْمَلَائِكَةِ يَزِفُّونَهُ".
It is narrated from Nabiya bin Wahb that Sayyiduna Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) came to Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), and the mention of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) began. Sayyiduna Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Every day seventy thousand angels descend and cover the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with their wings and continue to send blessings and peace upon the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Then when evening comes, they ascend (to the heavens), and other angels like them come and send blessings, until the earth will be split open and you will emerge from the grave, pushing aside seventy thousand angels.
