Hadith 71
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that there was never an occasion when something was asked from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and he refused to give it. Imam Darimi Abu Muhammad said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated that if that thing was not present with him, he would promise to give it.
Hadith 72
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was very modest, and whenever anything was asked of him, he would grant it.
Hadith 73
Abdullah bin Abi Bakr narrated from a man of the Arabs: On the day of (the battle of) Hunayn, I caused distress to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). I was wearing heavy shoes, with which I pressed the blessed foot of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) admonished me with the whip in his hand and said: "In the name of Allah, you have caused me pain." The narrator said: I kept blaming myself the whole night for having hurt the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him); Allah knows best how my night passed. When morning came, a man was calling out, "Where is that man?" I thought this call was because of yesterday's disrespect. I appeared before the Prophet (peace be upon him) in fear, and he said: "Yesterday, you hurt me by crushing my foot with your shoe, so I admonished you with the whip. Therefore, here are eighty sheep; take them as compensation for that admonishment."
Hadith 74
Imam Zuhri, may Allah have mercy on him, said that Jibreel, peace be upon him, said: "There are not ten houses on the face of the earth that I have not seen, but I have not found anyone who spends this wealth more than the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him."
