باب في الْحُبْلَى إِذَا رَأَتِ الدَّمَ:Chapter: Pregnant Woman Seeing Blood
Hadith 982
أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفُضَيْلِ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا رَأَتْ الدَّمَ وَهِيَ تَمَخَّضُ، قَالَ: "هُوَ حَيْضٌ تَتْرُكُ الصَّلَاةَ".
It is narrated from Imam Hakam bin Utbah (may Allah have mercy on him) that Imam Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the woman who experiences bleeding at the time of labor pains: That is menstrual blood, therefore she will abandon prayer.
