It is narrated from Hajjaj bin Arta’ah that both ‘Ata and Hakam bin ‘Utaybah (may Allah have mercy on them) said regarding a pregnant woman and a woman whose menstruation has ended: When these two women see blood, they should perform wudu and offer prayer; they do not need to perform ghusl. (That is, this blood will not be considered menstruation, rather the ruling of mustahadah will apply to them.)
