باب في الْحُبْلَى إِذَا رَأَتِ الدَّمَ:Chapter: Pregnant Woman Seeing Blood
Hadith 970
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ فِي الْحَامِلِ تَرَى الدَّمَ، قَالَتْ: "تَغْتَسِلُ وَتُصَلِّي"، قَالَ يَزِيدُ: "لَا تَغْتَسِلُ"، قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ: أَقُولُ بِقَوْلِ يَزِيدَ.
It is narrated from Ata (may Allah have mercy on him), that Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported regarding a pregnant woman that when she sees blood, she should perform ghusl and offer prayer. Yazid said: No, she will not perform ghusl. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I also say the same as Yazid said.
