باب في الْحُبْلَى إِذَا رَأَتِ الدَّمَ:Chapter: Pregnant Woman Seeing Blood
Hadith 966
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أَبَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي الْحَامِلِ تَرَى الدَّمَ "إِنْ كَانَ الدَّمُ عَبِيطًا، اغْتَسَلَتْ وَصَلَّتْ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً، تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ" .
It is narrated from Laith (bin Abi Sulaim), Imam Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding a pregnant woman who experiences bleeding: If it is fresh blood, she should perform ghusl and pray; and if it is mixed with other fluids, she should perform wudu and pray.
