أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الْكَبِيرَةِ تَرَى الدَّمَ، قَالَ: "هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ، تَفْعَلُ كَمَا تَفْعَلُ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ".
Ata said: If an elderly woman experiences bleeding, she is subject to the same ruling as a mustahadah (a woman with non-menstrual bleeding), and she should act as a mustahadah does.
