باب مَنْ قَالَ تَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الظُّهْرِ إِلَى الظُّهْرِ وَتُجَامَعُ وَتَصُومُ:Chapter: Saying She Bathes from Noon to Noon, Has Intercourse, and Fasts
Hadith 838
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ، عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ: "تَغْتَسِلُ مِنْ ظُهْرٍ إِلَى ظُهْرٍ"، قَالَ مَرْوَانُ: وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ.
It is narrated from Nafi‘ that Sayyiduna Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: A mustahadah woman will perform ghusl from one Zuhr to the next Zuhr. Marwan said: This is also the opinion of Imam Awza‘i (may Allah have mercy on him).
