Sumayy said: I asked Sa'id bin al-Musayyib about the woman with continuous bleeding (mustahadah), so he said: She will sit (refrain from prayer) during the days of menstruation, and she will perform ghusl once a day from Zuhr to Zuhr, and she will tie a cloth (to prevent the blood), her husband may have intercourse with her, and she will also fast. Sumayy said: Has anyone said this? So he picked up small pebbles.
