باب في غُسْلِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ:Chapter: Ghusl for the Woman with Prolonged Bleeding
Hadith 817
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرٍ، وَحَفْصٍ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ الَّتِي تَعْرِفُ أَيَّامَ حَيْضَتِهَا إِذَا طُلِّقَتْ فَيَطُولُ بِهَا الدَّمُ: "فَإِنَّهَا تَعْتَدُّ قَدْرَ أَقْرَائِهَا ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ، وَفِي الصَّلَاةِ إِذَا جَاءَ وَقْتُ الْحَيْضِ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ، أَمْسَكَتْ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ".
It is narrated from Imam Hasan al-Basri, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding the mustahadah woman who knows the days of her menstruation: when she is divorced and the blood continues, she will complete the waiting period of three menstrual cycles according to those days. And regarding her prayer, it is narrated from him that during the days of menstruation she has in each month, she will not perform prayer.
