Ammar bin Abi Ammar said that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to hold the strictest opinion regarding the mustahadah (a woman with non-menstrual bleeding), but then he adopted leniency. A woman came to him and asked: "I am mustahadah, can I enter the Ka'bah?" He replied: "Yes, no matter how much blood flows, you can enter the Ka'bah. Bind cotton well and go inside."
