Hadith 798

It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the daughter of Jahsh suffered from the illness of istihada (non-menstrual bleeding) during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed her to perform ghusl (ritual bath) for every prayer. She would sit in a tub filled with water, immerse herself, and when she came out of the water, the blood would cover the surface of the water. Then she would perform the prayer.

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 796 to 798)

From this hadith, it is established that if blood continues to flow due to illness, then performing ritual bath (ghusl) for every prayer and then offering the prayer is proven.
Further details are coming ahead, and from this it is also understood that if someone suffers from incontinence of urine (sals al-bawl), passing wind, or the illness of continuous discharge of wind or madhy (pre-seminal fluid), etc., then such a person should also place a cloth at that spot, clean themselves and perform ablution (wudu) at the time of prayer, and then offer the prayer.
