Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to visit me because I was ill and had fallen unconscious. He (peace be upon him) performed ablution and poured the water of his ablution over me, so I regained consciousness.

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 755)
The act of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) pouring the used water of his ablution (wudu) over him is evidence that the used water of ablution or ritual bath (ghusl) is pure. Furthermore, this hadith establishes the virtue of visiting the sick.
In this, the miracle and blessing of the Noble Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) is also evident, as the person regained consciousness.
