Hadith 746

Sayyiduna Sahl bin Hunaif (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I had a severe complaint of madhi (pre-seminal fluid), because of which I used to perform ghusl frequently. So I mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked him about the ruling regarding it. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "For you, performing wudu (ablution) will be sufficient in this case." Sayyiduna Sahl (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I asked: And what should I do about what gets on my clothes? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take a handful of water and sprinkle it over the place where the madhi has gotten on."

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 745)

Madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is a white, slippery fluid that is discharged due to foreplay or kissing.

From this hadith, it is understood that the emission of madhy breaks ablution (wudu) and it is impure; it should be washed.
