باب في السِّوَاكِ:Chapter: On the Toothstick (Siwak)
Hadith 705
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ الْحَبْحَابِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "أَكْثَرْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي السِّوَاكِ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have told you a great deal about the miswak." (That is, I have greatly encouraged you regarding the use of the miswak.)
