Hadith 627
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، قَالَ: "كَانَ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ رَجَاءٍ يَجْمَعُ صِبْيَانَ الْكُتَّابِ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ يَتَحَفَّظُ بِذَاكَ".
A’mash (Sulaiman bin Mehran) said: Ismail bin Raja used to gather the children of scribes and narrate hadith to them, and they would memorize it in this manner.
