باب تَأْوِيلِ حَدِيثِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:Chapter: Interpretation of the Prophet's Hadith
Hadith 614
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ: "إِنَّ أَزْهَدَ النَّاسِ فِي عَالِمٍ أَهْلُهُ".
It is narrated from Sulaiman al-Ahwal that Ikrimah (the freed slave of Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The ones who are most heedless of a scholar are his own household.
