Hadith 574

أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: "عِلْمٌ لَا يُقَالُ بِهِ , كَكَنْزٍ لَا يُنْفَقُ مِنْهُ".
It is narrated from Husain bin Uqbah that Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Knowledge that is not spread is like a treasure that is not spent.
