أَخْبَرَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَغْرَاءَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، قَالَ: "كَانَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لَا يَرَى غِيبَةً لِلْمُبْتَدِعِ".
A'mash said: Imam Ibrahim al-Nakha'i did not consider speaking about an innovator (in religion) to be backbiting.
