It is narrated from Masruq that a man recited Surah Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran in the presence of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: "You have recited two such Surahs in which is the Greatest Name of Allah; if supplication is made with this Name, it is accepted, and if something is asked, it is granted."

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Ahadith 3423 to 3425)
The Greatest Name (Ism al-A'zam) of Allah, which is found in these Surahs, is: «﴿اللّٰهُلَاإِلٰهَإِلَّاهُوَالْحَيُّالْقَيُّوْمُ﴾». Therefore, if someone supplicates in this manner—with piety (taqwa), consumption of lawful (halal) sustenance, hope and expectation, and with humility and submissiveness: «اَللّٰهُمَّيَاحَيُّيَاقَيُّوْمُبِرَحْمَتِكَاسْتَغِيْثُ»—then there is a strong possibility that such a supplication will be accepted and that which is asked for will be granted.
