باب فَضْلِ مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ:Chapter on the virtue of reciting the Quran
Hadith 3344
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَزَارِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: "يَجِيءُ الْقُرْآنُ يَشْفَعُ لِصَاحِبِهِ، يَقُولُ: يَا رَبِّ لِكُلِّ عَامِلٍ عُمَالَةٌ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ، وَإِنِّي كُنْتُ أَمْنَعُهُ اللَّذَّةَ وَالنَّوْمَ، فَأَكْرِمْهُ، فَيُقَالُ: ابْسُطْ يَمِينَكَ، فَتُمْلَأُ مِنْ رِضْوَانِ اللَّهِ، ثُمَّ يُقَالُ: ابْسُطْ شِمَالَكَ، فَتُمْلَأُ مِنْ رِضْوَانِ اللَّهِ، وَيُكْسَى كِسْوَةَ الْكَرَامَةِ، وَيُحَلَّى بِحِلْيَةِ الْكَرَامَةِ، وَيُلْبَسُ تَاجَ الْكَرَامَةِ".
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: On the Day of Resurrection, the Noble Qur’an will come and intercede for its reciter, saying: O Lord! Every laborer receives wages for his work, and I used to prevent him from pleasure and sleep, so honor him. It will be said: Extend your right hand, and it will be filled with the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Then it will be said: Spread your left hand, and it too will be filled with the pleasure of Allah Almighty. He will be clothed with the garment of honor and dignity, adorned with the jewelry of nobility, and a crown of honor will be placed upon his head.
