باب الْوَصِيَّةِ لأَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ:Chapter on bequeathing to non-Muslim citizens (dhimmis)
Hadith 3330
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: "أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ أَوْصَتْ لِنَسِيبٍ لَهَا يَهُودِيٍّ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) made a bequest in favor of one of her Jewish relatives.
