باب وَصِيَّةِ الْغُلاَمِ:Chapter on the will of a boy
Hadith 3321
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ خالد الحذاء، وَأَيُّوبَ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ: "أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ فِي جَارِيَةٍ أَوْصَتْ، فَجَعَلُوا يُصَغِّرُونَهَا، فَقَالَ: مَنْ أَصَابَ الْحَقَّ، أَجَزْنَاهُ".
It is narrated from Ibn Sirin, may Allah have mercy on him, that a girl was brought to Abdullah bin Utbah who had made a will. People considered her too young, but he said: We consider permissible the statement of the person who speaks correctly.
