باب وَصِيَّةِ الْغُلاَمِ:Chapter on the will of a boy
Hadith 3317
حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أنبأنا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاق، قَالَ: قَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: "إِذَا اتَّقَى الصَّبِيُّ الرَّكِيَّةَ، جَازَتْ وَصِيَّتُهُ".
Abu Ishaq said: Qadi Shurayh said: When a child becomes able to avoid falling into a well, his bequest is valid.
