باب وَصِيَّةِ الْغُلاَمِ:Chapter on the will of a boy
Hadith 3316
حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاق أَنَّهُ"شَهِدَ شُرَيْحًا أَجَازَ وَصِيَّةَ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ لِظِئْرِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْحِيرَةِ"، وَعَبَّاسٌ صَبِيٌّ.
Abu Ishaq bin Ismail narrated that he was with Qadi Shurayh, and he approved the bequest of Abbas bin Ismail bin Mirthad for the wet nurse of the people of Hira, while Abbas was a child at that time.
