باب وَصِيَّةِ الْغُلاَمِ:Chapter on the will of a boy
Hadith 3314
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ، أنبأنا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: أَنَّهُ "أَجَازَ وَصِيَّةَ ابْنِ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً".
Umar bin Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him, declared the will of a thirteen-year-old boy to be valid.
