باب مَنْ قَالَ الْمُدَبَّرُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ:Chapter on those who said the mudabbar (slave freed at death) is from the third
Hadith 3305
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ الْأَشْعَثِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: "الْمُدَبَّرُ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: A mudabbar slave will be freed only from the one-third (of the estate of the deceased).
