حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أنبأنا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، قَالَ: "لَا يَجُوزُ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ".
Abu Qilabah said: It is not permissible to make a bequest in favor of an heir.
