حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل، عَنْ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ يُقَالُ: "إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيُحْرَمُ بَرَكَةَ مَالِهِ فِي حَيَاتِهِ، فَإِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ، تَزَوَّدَ بِفَجْرَةٍ".
Qais (Ibn Abi Hazim) said: It used to be said that a man is deprived of the blessing of his wealth during his life, and when the time of death comes, he spends abundantly.
