باب الْوَصِيَّةِ لِلْمَيِّتِ:Chapter on bequeathing to the deceased
Hadith 3279
حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ شعبة، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: "إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ لِإِنْسَانٍ، وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ، وَكَانَ مَيِّتًا، وَهُوَ لَا يَدْرِي، فَهِيَ رَاجِعَةٌ".
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When a man makes a bequest for a person and he is not present, then it is found out that he had already died, in such a case the bequest will return (to the one who made the bequest).
