باب مَا لِلنِّسَاءِ مِنَ الْوَلاَءِ:Chapter on women's share of wala'
Hadith 3187
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: "يُحْرِزُ الْوَلَاءَ مَنْ يُحْرِزُ الْمِيرَاثَ".
It is narrated from Hisham, from his father, who said: The right to allegiance (wala’) belongs to the one who is entitled to inheritance.
