حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَاتَبَ عَبْدًا لَهُ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ وَلَدًا رِجَالًا وَنِسَاءً، قَالَ: "لِلذُّكُورِ دُونَ الْإِنَاثِ".
Mansur said: I asked Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him: A man made a contract of manumission with his slave, then passed away and left behind male and female heirs? He said: It will be only for the men, not for the women.
