باب في اجْتِنَابِ الأَهْوَاءِ:Chapter: Avoiding Desires and Innovations
Hadith 318
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ هَارُونَ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَادِقٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ سَلْمَانُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: "لَوْ وَضَعَ رَجُلٌ رَأْسَهُ عَلَى الْحَجَرِ الْأَسْوَدِ، فَصَامَ النَّهَارَ، وَقَامَ اللَّيْلَ، لَبَعَثَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَعَ هَوَاهُ".
It is narrated from Abu Sadiq that Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If a man places his head on the Black Stone, fasts during the day, and stands in prayer at night, even then on the Day of Resurrection Allah Almighty will raise him according to his intention.
