عَامِرٍ، عَنْ
مَسْرُوقٍ: فِي رَجُلٍ تُوُفِّيَ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ إِلَّا ابْنَةُ أَخِيهِ وَخَالُهُ، قَالَ:
"لِلْخَالِ نَصِيبُ أُخْتِهِ، وَلِابْنَةِ الْأَخِ نَصِيبُ أَبِيهَا".
It is narrated from Masruq (may Allah have mercy on him): A man died and had no heirs except a niece and a maternal uncle. He said: The maternal uncle receives a share equal to that of the deceased's sister, and the niece receives the share of her father (i.e., the share of the deceased's brother).
