من كتاب الفرائضFrom the Book of Inheritance
باب مَنْ قَالَ إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تَرِثُ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا في الْعَمْدِ وَالْخَطَإِ:Chapter on those who say a woman inherits from her husband's blood money, whether intentional or accidental
Hadith 3074
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، وَعَلِيٍّ، وَزَيْدٍ، قَالُوا: "الدِّيَةُ تُورَثُ كَمَا يُورَثُ الْمَالُ خَطَؤُهُ وَعَمْدُهُ".
It is narrated from Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Umar, Sayyiduna Ali, and Sayyiduna Zaid (may Allah be pleased with them) said: The inheritance of blood money will be distributed in the same way as the inheritance of wealth is distributed, whether the blood money is for accidental killing or for intentional killing.
