أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: "الْوَلَاءُ لِلْكُبْرِ".
Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him, said: The right of inheritance through wala’ belongs to the eldest.
