حَدَّثَنَا عبد الله بن جعفر الرقي، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ: "فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى ابْنَهُ فِي مَرَضِهِ، قَالَ: إِنْ خَرَجَ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ وَرِثَهُ، وَإِنْ وَقَعَتْ عَلَيْهِ السِّعَايَةُ لَمْ يَرِثْ".
It is narrated from Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding the man who, in his illness (of death), bought his son, and if it exceeds one third, then (the son) will be an heir of the father; and if the wealth to be given is yet to be determined, then he will not be an heir.
