باب في مِيرَاثِ ذَوِي الأَرْحَامِ:Chapter on inheritance of distant relatives
Hadith 3011
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: "أُتِيَ عُمَرُ فِي عَمٍّ لِأُمٍّ، وَخَالَة، فَأَعْطَى الْعَمَّ لِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَيْنِ، وَأَعْطَى الْخَالَةَ الثُّلُثَ".
Ziyad said: A case regarding the maternal uncle and maternal aunt was brought to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), so he gave two-thirds to the maternal uncle and one-third to the maternal aunt.
