باب في ابْنِ الْمُلاَعَنَةِ:Chapter on the child of the woman who invoked the curse (li'an)
Hadith 2983
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ، قَالَ: "مِيرَاثُهُ لِأُمِّهِ".
It is narrated from Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him, that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, said regarding the son from li'an that his inheritance will go to his mother.
That is, like the child of adultery, the father will not be his heir.
