Hadith 2980
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ، لَا يُعْلَمُ لَهُ وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهَا، قَالَ: "لَهَا الْمَالُ كُلُّهُ".
Hasan (bin Salih bin Muslim) narrated from his father that he asked Imam Amir al-Sha'bi, may Allah have mercy on him: A man died and left his daughter, and no other heir is known? He said: All the wealth will go to the daughter.
