حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ: الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَعَطَاءُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيُّ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ أَخْبَرَهُمَا: أَنَّ النَّاسَ , قَالُوا لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: هَلْ نَرَى رَبَّنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "هَلْ تُمَارُونَ فِي رُؤْيَةِ الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ لَيْسَ دُونَهُ سَحَابٌ ؟"، قَالُوا: لَا، يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: "فَهَلْ تُمَارُونَ فِي الشَّمْسِ لَيْسَ دُونَهَا سَحَابٌ ؟"، قَالُوا: لَا، قَالَ: "فَإِنَّكُمْ تَرَوْنَهُ كَذَلِكَ".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the people asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Will we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?" The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do you have any doubt in seeing the moon on the night of the fourteenth when there are no clouds near it?" The companions replied: "Not at all, O Messenger of Allah!" Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "And do you have any doubt in seeing the sun when there are no clouds near it?" They replied: "No, O Messenger of Allah!" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, you will see the Lord of Might in the same way."
Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 2835)
That is, just as you see the moon and the sun, in the same way you will see your Lord, and there will be no doubt or uncertainty in this vision.
From this hadith, the vision (ru’yah) of the Lord of the worlds on the Day of Resurrection is established, with which the people of Paradise will be honored after being granted Paradise and its blessings.

That is, just as you see the moon and the sun, in the same way you will see your Lord, and there will be no doubt or uncertainty in this vision.
