أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُصَيْنِ الْحَجْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا رَيْحَانَةَ صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ"يَنْهَى عَنْ عَشْرِ خِصَالٍ: مُكَامَعَةِ الرَّجُلِ الرَّجُلَ فِي شِعَارٍ وَاحِدٍ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا شَيْءٌ . وَمُكَامَعَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ الْمَرْأَةَ فِي شِعَارٍ وَاحِدٍ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا شَيْءٌ . وَالنَّتْفِ، وَالْوَشْمِ، وَالنُّهْبَةِ، وَرُكُوبِ النُّمُورِ، وَاتِّخَاذِ الدِّيبَاجِ هَاهُنَا عَلَى الْعَاتِقَيْنِ، وَفِي أَسْفَلِ الثِّيَابِ" . قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ: أَبُو عَامِرٍ . شَيْخٌ لَهُمْ، وَالْمُكَامَعَةُ: الْمُضَاجَعَةُ.
Abu Amir said: I heard from the Companion of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), Sayyiduna Abu Rayhanah Sham‘un bin Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade ten things: “Two men sleeping together without clothes (naked), and two women sleeping together without clothes, plucking hair (i.e., plucking white hair from the head or beard, or eyelashes for adornment), tattooing, looting (i.e., seizing others’ property, banditry), riding on the skins of wild animals, or wearing silk garments on the shoulders, or attaching silk under the clothes.”
Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Abu Amir (al-Hajari) is their shaykh, and the meaning of *mukama‘ah* is *mudaji‘ah* (i.e., lying together).

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 2683)
In this hadith, plucking hair, tattooing, getting tattooed, looting, and banditry have been prohibited. Likewise, men are forbidden from riding on leopard skins, keeping rolls of silk or harir (fine silk) or adorning themselves with its borders, because these are the actions of worldly, arrogant, and boastful people.
Similarly, it is prohibited for a man to sleep naked with another man under one sheet, and for a woman to do the same with another woman. This is a very evil and reprehensible act, which leads towards illicit deeds, and all these actions and deeds are forbidden (haram); one must avoid them.
And Allah knows best.
