Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Salam (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was coming to Madinah, the people were waiting for him. When he arrived, the people came out to meet him. I was among them, and when I saw the blessed face of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), I said to myself that this cannot be the face of a liar. The very first thing I heard from him was: "O people! Spread peace (i.e., greet each other with Salam), feed others, maintain ties of kinship, and pray at night when people are asleep; you will enter Paradise in peace."

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 2667)
From this hadith, it is understood that the proclamation of Islam, feeding others, maintaining ties of kinship, and performing prayer at night hold great virtue, because these deeds are those that lead to Paradise. They create mutual love and connect the creation to the Creator.
May Allah Ta'ala grant everyone the ability to perform these righteous deeds, ameen.
