Hadith 2446

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no soul that dies and enters Paradise, then wishes to return to you (in the world), except the martyr who will wish to be killed again and again because of the reward of martyrdom."

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Ahadith 2444 to 2446)

From this hadith, it is understood that the martyr (shaheed) will wish to return to the world repeatedly.
In another narration of Sahih Bukhari (2817), it is mentioned that he will wish this ten times: to be martyred, then brought back to life, then martyred again in the path of Allah.
And the hadith has already passed that the martyr does not feel even as much pain as one feels from the bite of an ant. May Allah grant us such martyrdom and death, Ameen.
