It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) through this chain as has been mentioned above.

Brief Explanation
(Explanation of Hadiths 2413 to 2416)
«عُجْمَاء» and «سَائِمَة» refer to animals and livestock, and «جُبَارٌ» denotes liability and compensation, while «مَعْدَنِ» refers to the place or mine where gold, silver, and precious stones are found, and «رِكَاز» is that treasure or buried wealth which was hidden in ancient times and whose owners are no longer present.
Whoever finds such a buried treasure will pay one-fifth of it to the public treasury (Bayt al-Mal), and the rest will belong to the finder.
Similarly, if a person falls into someone’s well and dies, the owner of the well is not liable for compensation or blood money, and if a miner dies due to the collapse of a mine, there is also no liability in that case. For buried treasure, one-fifth is due to the public treasury.
