باب: «الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ»:Chapter: Injuries Caused by Animals Are Not Compensated
Hadith 2414
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا الْجُبَارُ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If livestock injure someone, there is no blood money for it; if someone falls into a well, there is no blood money for it; if someone is crushed by a mine, there is no blood money for it; and there is a fifth share in buried treasure."
